1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the edg33 platform ("edg33", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("user", "you"). 4.3 Withdrawal Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Some examples of the bonus:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per user.
• Only bets placed with bonus funds will count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within a set time period after the bonus is received — any unfulfilled bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• edg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

5.3 VIP Program & Cashback

edg33's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Promotion to a higher VIP tier is based on consistent active participation and loyalty to the platform.

6.1 Proper Use

The edg33 platform is intended for personal entertainment. All games and bets are conducted under fair and transparent principles. edg33 reserves the right to void any results or prizes that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Game Results

All games are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers, ensuring fair and impartial results. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Game results are final and binding.

7.1 List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting to circumvent bonus terms (Bonus Abuse / Collusion).
• Using programs, bots, or automated software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

8.1 edg33's Rights

In the following circumstances, edg33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• In the event of fraud or suspicious activity.
• In the event of failure to pass identity verification.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by User
